Job summary

Oldcastle, a CRH company, is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to support production teams in a fast-paced facility in Portland, Oregon. You will help prepare shift production, clean equipment, and maintain clean work areas while following safety guidelines.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs; training and internal certification may be required. The role offers a competitive hourly wage with paid holidays and PTO, plus 401(k) and disability

• Ability to read simple instructions and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist designated operator in production and maintenance tasks.
• Maintain a clean work area and follow safety rules.
• Operate hand tools and assist in loading/unloading trucks.
• Help with shipping/receiving paperwork as needed.
• Support inventory control and ensure pallets are organized.
