Job summary

CRH plc's Oldcastle unit is hiring a production support worker in Kent, WA. This role supports line operators, handles maintenance, cleanup, yard work, and material handling in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, ability to lift up to 50 lbs (100 lbs with assistance), and bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Compensation includes $23/hour, vacation, sick leave, 401k, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/equivalent or comparable experience.
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate with team members.
• Knowledge of basic math and measurements.
• Must be able to lift/move up to 50 lbs., occasionally up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle assignments in a repetitive/sequential order to complete tasks.
• Operate machinery or equipment such as hoppers, bagging and sealer machines, forklift, palletizers, hydraulic equipment, and powered tractors.
• Clean up machinery and conveyors and maintain surrounding area, keep equipment free of debris.
• Assist in loading/unloading of trucks.
• Other duties as needed.
