Job summary

Immatics seeks a Manufacturing Associate II to support its CMC-GMP clinical manufacturing operations in Stafford, TX. You will perform complex cell growth and manipulation procedures, including enrichment, culture, cryopreservation, thaw/wash, and aseptic handling to preserve product integrity.

You will document deviations, assist in root-cause investigations, and ensure compliance with FDA GLP/GMP/CTP standards and SOPs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of cell therapy manufacturing experience.
• Compliance with FDA GLP, GMP, and related standards (FACT, CAP, CLIA).
• Adherence to ALCOAC++ and cGDocP requirements; accurate SOP documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform cell growth and manipulation procedures (enrichment, culture, cryopreservation, thaw/wash).
• Maintain aseptic handling to preserve product sterility until infusion.
• Document deviations, notify quality management, assist root-cause investigations and corrective actions.

The Manufacturing Associate II will be responsible for performing complex, highly specialized and time sensitive technical cell manipulations and testing procedures on irreplaceable cellular products during clinical manufacturing.Schedule: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM; Monday to Friday; On-siteReports to: Associate Manufacturing ManagerLocation: 13203 Murphy Road Suite 100 Stafford, TX 77477Basic Qualifications:Biomanufacturing Technology Associate of Applied Science Degree, Biomanufacturing Technology Level 2 Certificate, or equivalent.orAssociate degree in biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biomanufacturing or other related field.2+ years of cell therapy manufacturing experience.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology or another related field.In this role you will:Fulfill the operator and verifier roles in performing cell growth and manipulation procedures such as cell enrichment, cell culture, cellular product cryopreservation, cell product thaw/wash.Accurately perform procedures in compliance with FDA’s Good Laboratory Practices, Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Tissue practices, as well as standards set by other accreditation agencies including but not limited to FACT, CAP, and CLIA.Adhere to ALCOAC++ and cGDocP requirements while accurately performing procedures and maintaining documentation in compliance with SOPs.Document deviations and events, notify supervisor and quality management personnel in timely manner, and assist in investigation of root cause and any required corrective actions.Responsible for aseptic handling of reagents and products to ensure the integrity and sterility of cellular products until final infusion to the patient.
