Job summary

The Fountain Group is seeking a Manufacturing Associate for a position located in Fremont, CA 94555. This is a 3-month assignment with potential extension or conversion based on performance and budget.

Initial training will run on the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2PM-10:30PM) before transitioning to the 3rd shift (Sun-Thurs, 10PM-6:30AM). Responsibilities include assembly, packaging, and equipment/setup tasks onsite.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in GMP environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sr. Associate and Master Associate in assembly and packaging.
• Support setup of automated autoinjector and syringe assembly machines.
• Gather tools, parts and documents for activities.
• Assist with equipment changeover and minor repairs/adjustments.

Job description

We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Manufacturing Associate for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Fremont, CA 94555.

Qualifications:

• Pay: $24.51/hr to Start; additional 15% shift differential will be applied of first day of work !!
• 3-month assignment, possibility for extension through end of year or conversion based on performance and budget.
• 1st month of training will be during 2nd Shift: Mon-Fri, 2PM-10:30PM (2nd Shift), transition 3rd Shift: Sun-Thurs, 10PM-6:30AM. (Onsite)
• Position will be mainly responsible for assisting the Sr. Associate and Master Associate in performing assembly and packaging in designated functional manufacturing area and support with troubleshooting equipment.
• Position will also be responsible for assisting in the setup of automated autoinjector assembly machines, pre-filled syringe assembly machines, and semi-automated tabletop machines.
• Position will also be responsible for tasks such as gathering tools, machine parts and documents required for such activities.
• Position will also be responsible for supporting equipment changeover and minor equipment repairs/adjustments
• High School Diploma or equivalent is Required!
• Experiences in GMP environment within biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry field is Preferred!
• Basic computer operations such as MS Office and Outlook and other computer-based software is Required!
• Proficient mathematical skills, including the ability to perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and conversions is Required!
• Basic knowledge of using hand tools is Preferred!
