Job summary

ETS in Covington, OH is hiring a Production Operator for an in‑person, full‑time overnight shift. You will operate and monitor production equipment, perform in‑process testing, and maintain documentation to ensure quality and efficiency.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma or GED, are comfortable with computers, and can lift up to 55 lbs. The job requires attention to detail, teamwork, and flexibility for rotating overnight shifts in a noisy, hot or cold environment with PPE.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and follow detailed instructions.
• Comfortable operating computer systems and applications.
• Capable of safely performing physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 55 lbs, working at heights, standing for 10+ hours).
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work rotating and overnight shifts.
• Willingness to work in environments with noise, heat, cold, and industrial equipment while wearing required PPE.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical, FDA controlled, other controlled regulatory agencies, or cGMP packaging or manufacturing environment is preferred.

Your day-to-day as a Production Operator:
