Highlights of Your Role

Manufacturing Associates are assigned to one of two roles based on their interest, skills, and experience:

• Pultrusion Operators: Responsible for running production lines, ensuring raw materials supply, machine setup, operation, troubleshooting, and managing multiple tasks to keep the line running smoothly. Basic math and computer skills are required. Training and mentoring are provided.
• Pultrusion Inspectors: Responsible for inspecting finished goods, preparing shipping labels, packing products, operating fabrication equipment, monitoring quality, and preparing for production runs. Basic math and computer skills are required. Training and mentoring are provided.

Schedule

Day shift: 6:30 AM - 6:45 PM. Work 7 out of 14 days every two weeks, with every other weekend off (a 3-day weekend!). The schedule includes working 36 hours one week (Sun/Wed/Thu) and 48 hours the next (Mon/Tue/Fri/Sat).

Pay

Earn an effective hourly wage of $22.86 - $27.18 /hr depending on experience and position. Base pay ranges from $20.00 - $24.13/hr. Weekend premium: $4.00/hr (Fri-Sun).

Requirements

• Outstanding attendance
• Ability to think and learn on the job, effective communication, and basic computer skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and reach for 12-hour shifts
• Ability to pass a basic math skills assessment; lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing 10-50 lbs
• General computer experience

Additional Qualifications

• Capability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing 10-50 lbs
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Experience operating manufacturing equipment (PLC-controlled) or willingness to learn
