Highlights of your role

Manufacturing Associates fill one of two roles. Associates are selected for one of these positions based on interest, skills, and previous experience.

• Pultrusion Operators - Responsible for running a production line, ensuring a continuous supply of raw materials, machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting. Requires good memory, problem-solving skills, basic math, and computer skills. Once trained, they provide mentorship to new associates.
• Pultrusion Inspectors - Inspect finished goods, prepare shipping labels, pack products, operate fabrication equipment, monitor product quality, and prepare for production runs. Basic math and computer skills are required. They also mentor new associates after training.

Schedule

Day Shift: 6:30 AM - 6:45 PM

Work 7 out of 14 days every two weeks, with every other weekend off (3-day weekend). The schedule includes 36 hours one week (Sun/Wed/Thu) and 48 hours the next (Mon/Tue/Fri/Sat).

Pay

Effective hourly wage: $22.86 - $27.18 /hr. DOE & Position. Base pay: $20.00 - $24.13/hr, with weekend premium of $4.00/hr (Fry-Sun). Compensation ranges from $22.86 to $27.18.

Requirements

• Outstanding attendance
• Ability to think and learn on the job, effective communication, basic computer skills
• Ability to stand, walk, reach for 12-hour shifts
• Successfully pass a basic math skills assessment, lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing 10-50 lbs
• General experience with computers

• Capability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing 10-50 lbs
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Experience operating manufacturing equipment (PLC controlled) or willingness to learn
