Job summary

Tempur Sealy in Conyers, GA is hiring for a manufacturing associate to support production goals in a fast-paced team environment. You may move materials between floor, pallets, conveyors and tables, operate sewing machines, hot glue guns, pallet jacks, and ensure materials are properly sorted and supplied to stations to meet schedules.

Requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for 8+ hours, reliable attendance, willingness to overtime and Saturdays, and being 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Move materials/components between floor, pallets, conveyors, and tables.

• Sort, verify, and supply production materials to stations to meet schedule.
• Label and pack finished goods and maintain a clean work area.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure standards are met.
