Job summary

Tempur Sealy is seeking production teammates to operate in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will move materials, assist assembly, and help ensure on-time production while upholding quality and safety standards.

As a global leader in bedding, you’ll join a team focused on reliability, growth, and collaboration. Overtime and Saturdays may be required to hit production goals in a dynamic facility.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand for 8+ hours per shift.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Willing to work overtime and occasional Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Operate within a fast-paced, team environment to meet monthly, weekly, and daily production goals.
• Move materials/components between floor, pallets, conveyors and tables as needed.
• Operate equipment such as sewing machines, hot glue guns, pallet jacks.
• Ensure production materials are sorted, verified, and supplied to appropriate stations to meet schedule.
• Collaborate with a team to achieve organizational goals.
• Label and pack finished goods accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
