Green Bay Packaging is hiring for full-time roles in Green Bay, WI, with 1st–3rd shift options. You will support production, assist with setups, run conveyors, and move materials, upholding safety and quality. Family-owned company with a long history and strong teamwork culture.

Schedule: Weekly Rotating Shifts

1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

What You'll Do

• Supporting machine crews and assisting with daily production operations
• Performing quality checks to ensure products meet customer specifications
• Assisting with machine setups, changeovers, and production runs
• Operating conveyor systems and handling materials safely
• Moving raw materials and finished products throughout the facility
• Working in departments such as Corrugator, Printing, Finishing, and Shipping as needed
• Maintaining clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Following all safety procedures, quality standards, and plant policies
• Working as part of a team to achieve production and customer goals
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives throughout the plant

What We're Looking For

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, machine operator, forklift, or industrial experience is a plus, but not required
