Job summary

Green Bay Packaging is seeking a Production Associate to help keep operations running safely and efficiently in our Shipping Container Division in Green Bay, WI. You will join a team that values safety, quality, and continuous improvement while receiving on-the-job training.

No prior manufacturing experience is required; we train you and provide a clear path for growth. Starting pay is $27.17 per hour, with full benefits after 60 days and opportunities for advancement within our family-owned

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stay active during shifts.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced team.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Commitment to safety and lean manufacturing practices.

Responsibilities

• Support machine crews and production teams throughout the facility.
• Retrieve and return cutting dies according to production schedules.
• Assist operators with feeding stock and material handling.
• Help stack finished products and prepare orders for shipment.
• Operate forklifts and transfer carts (training provided).
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Follow all safety procedures, 6S standards, and lean manufacturing practices.
• Support product quality and food safety requirements.
• Work as part of a team dedicated to continuous improvement.
• Assist in other production areas as needed.
