Job description

Assembly Paint Technician

Location: Springville, AL

Pay Rate: $21.51 per hour

Schedule: 6:00 AM to 2:20 PM

Requirements
  • Previous industrial painting, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
  • Ability to use spray guns, rollers, and other painting equipment
  • Knowledge of paint mixing, surface preparation, and finishing techniques
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions and production schedules
  • Ability to work safely with paints, coatings, and hazardous materials
  • Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical labor throughout the shift
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Job Duties
  • Prepare metal surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and inspecting parts
  • Apply primer, paint, enamel, and protective coatings to manufactured components
  • Mix paints, pigments, and coatings according to specifications
  • Inspect finished products for quality, coverage, and appearance
  • Assemble painted parts and components as needed
  • Maintain paint booths, equipment, and tools
  • Follow all safety, PPE, and hazardous material handling procedures
  • Assist with material handling and production support activities
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
