Adecco, partnering with a manufacturing leader in Manchester Center, VT, seeks Manufacturing Associates to join a fast-paced production team. You will contribute to building high‑quality products in a collaborative environment and gain exposure to multiple stages of the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities include assembling components, heat-welding urethane around foam, applying glue to foam parts, and assisting with mattress assembly while upholding strict quality standards.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with team members to assemble products and support various stages of the manufacturing process. Your key responsibilities will include heat-welding urethane around foam, applying glue to foam components, and assembling pieces to produce finished goods. Additionally, you will assist in mattress assembly while maintaining strict quality standards to ensure products meet company specifications.

Work Schedule:

• Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with Friday overtime available

• Schedule aligns with local bus routes, from 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM for easy commuting

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
