We are searching for an experienced Manufacturing Associate at our Cincinnati, OH - Plant.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure all products are built correctly and cost-effectively, meeting quality standards and specifications.
• Follow safety guidelines set by the company.
• Adhere to all company policies as outlined in the employee handbook.
• Learn building materials and terminology to facilitate growth and knowledge; ensure all job tracking procedures are followed.
• Possess a minimum of years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Have a solid understanding of production and organizational methods.
• Experience with hand tools, tape measures, and drills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to remember processes and materials used in manufacturing.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• This is an entry-level position.
• Experience with shipping/receiving and welding is a plus.
