About This Opportunity

JOB TITLE: Production Associate
POSITION TYPE: Full time
CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt

Starting Pay: $25.88 per hour.
- Pay increase to $26.88 after 6 months
- Shift Premium of $1.75 an hour paid for working any hours between 6 pm- 6 am
- Sunday Pay: Earn 2x pay for work performed on a Sunday
- Holiday Pay: Earn 1.5x for holiday pay
- Overtime Pay: Earn 1.5x pay for hours worked over 40

Please apply only if you are available to work first, second and third shift. Holiday and weekend work is required on a rotating basis.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Produce a safe and quality product

• Troubleshoot production issues and escalate them to appropriate team members

• Trained on HACCP, GMP's, safety, manufacturing processes, and loss control programs and use that knowledge to perform your work duties

• Participation in a team environment

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be at least 18 years or older

• Able to read and comprehend the English language

• Ability to do basic math (addition and subtraction)

• Must be able to tell time on an analog or digital clock

• Ability to use computers and touch-screen technology

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Must be detail oriented

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time

• Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment

• Must be able to work weekends and holidays on a rotating schedule

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous manufacturing experience
