Cooper-Standard Automotive, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing/Production Associate in Bowling Green, OH to operate extrusion lines and perform downstream finishing tasks.

The role involves following customer specifications, maintaining safety and quality standards, and meeting production schedules. The position offers progression from $18.00/hr to $20.50/hr, with potential increases after six months to $20.00–$23.50/hr, plus shift differential on back shifts and a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Pass a drug screen and background check before starting work.
• Must be willing to work any of the three 8-hour shifts on a 3-shift operation.
• Prior manufacturing experience desired but not required.

Compensation & Benefits
