Starting wage is $15.91/hour with shift premiums on eligible shifts. This temp-to-hire role typically converts to permanent in 4–6 months, with a wage progression to $19.20/hour over ~18 months and benefits after conversion.

Employment & Benefits

This position begins as a contingent assignment through one of our staffing partners. Employees with strong performance and attendance are typically considered for permanent employment after approximately 4-6 months, based on business needs.

Upon conversion to permanent employment, employees are eligible for:

• A pay increase to $16.49/hour


• Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance (effective the first day of the month following conversion)


• 401(k) eligibility in accordance with plan guidelines


• Paid time off and holiday pay


• Shift premiums where applicable


• Additional wage progression up to $19.20/hour within approximately 18 months
