Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or related field.
• 0–3 years of accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and GL processes.
• Detail oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare consolidated internal and external financial statements from the general ledger and department data.
• Maintain and balance automated consolidation systems; input data and verify results.
• Develop and implement accounting procedures; review current processes for improvements.
• Support A/R & A/P functions and related transactions.
• Prepare tax returns and ensure timely filing by state deadlines.
• Provide accounting support and respond to financial inquiries as needed.
