Job summary

Modular Mission Critical, part of M.C. Dean, Inc., is seeking a Manufacturing Assembler to support our production lines. You will assemble products, inspect components, and help move materials through the line while maintaining quality and safety standards.

You will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals. Some overtime or shift work may be required based on business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing/assembly or related fields preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products and subassemblies according to work instructions and schedules.
• Operate hand and power tools and production equipment safely.
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality and specifications.
• Identify and report defects or issues to supervisors.
• Package, label, and prepare products for shipment or storage.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
