Job summary

LINAK is seeking a Manufacturing Assembler I for the 1st shift (6:00 am–4:30 pm, Mon–Thu) in Louisville, KY. You will assemble products, using hand and power tools, while following safety rules and procedures to meet quality and schedule expectations.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (preferred), 6 months of assembly experience, willingness to rotate jobs and perform physical tasks, and exposure to Lean Manufacturing/5S is a plus.

• Utilizes C-4 and other tools to foster Continuous Improvement.

Salary Range: $16.50 To $17.50 Hourly

Requirements:

• A High School Diploma/GED is preferred.
• A minimum of 6 months of Assembly experience is preferred.
• The individual must be goal oriented with high degree of enthusiasm.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / 5S experience is a plus.
• High efficiency, productivity, and flexibility are necessary.
• Must be able to perform job rotations / cross training and perform physical demands of all jobs on the line.
• First Shift: This position works Four 10-Hour Days, 6:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday through Thursday (Possible OT on Friday)
