Job summary

Surestaff is immediately hiring Manufacturing Assemblers for Anchor Fabrication in La Vergne, TN. You will assemble metal components, read blueprints, and ensure quality in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled factory environment.

Shift options: 1st 6:00 AM–2:30 PM or 2nd 2:30 PM–11:00 PM, with mandatory overtime including weekends. Pay ranges from $17.50 to $20.00 per hour, depending on experience, with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Experience with power tools, impact guns, or pneumatic tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Mechanical assembly, automotive, construction, fabrication or similar hands-on experience beneficial.
• Basic math and measuring skills.
• Willingness to work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
• Available for mandatory overtime.

Responsibilities

• Assemble metal components using power tools, impact guns, pneumatic tools, and hand tools.
• Read and follow blueprints and assembly instructions.
• Measure, align, and secure parts according to specifications.
• Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
