Staffmark is seeking an Assembler in Vonore, TN. This first-shift position runs Monday to Thursday from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM with overtime opportunities. The role involves assembling products using hand tools, reading instructions, and maintaining quality standards to keep production flowing smoothly.

Qualifications

• 3+ months manufacturing/production/assembly/warehouse experience.
• Comfortable using hand tools and following written instructions.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using hand tools, process sheets, and work instructions.
• Follow assembly procedures to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Read basic blueprints, prints, and production instructions.
• Inspect parts and report quality concerns.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
• Cross-train in multiple assembly areas.
• Follow all safety and workplace procedures.
