Job summary

SURESTAFF is hiring Press Brake Operators at Anchor Fabrication in La Vergne, TN. Operate NC punch machines and perform setup, inspection, and minor assembly as part of a production team. First shift with overtime and overtime opportunities based on workload and experience.

Qualifications

Experience in production, manufacturing, or machine operation.
Blueprint reading.
Mechanical aptitude essential.
Overtime and extra shifts required.
Experience reading and interpreting production specifications a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

Set up NC punch machine per customer specifications (dimensions, tolerances and spacing).
Configure proper settings on control console.
Place tools in specified stations and locate dies, punches and clamps with calipers.
Run a test pattern to verify correct setup and inspect first parts.
Observe operation, adjust when out of spec, and ensure parts meet blueprint tolerances.
Maintain machine and tools in good operating condition and train new operators as needed.
