Job summary

Staffmark is seeking an Assembler in Vonore, TN. This first-shift position runs Monday to Thursday from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM with overtime opportunities. The role involves assembling products using hand tools, reading instructions, and maintaining quality standards to keep production flowing smoothly.

What You Will Do

As a Assembler you will assemble products, components, or equipment using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and assembly instructions. You will inspect completed assemblies, verify measurements, identify quality concerns, maintain organized work areas, and support production goals while following established manufacturing procedures and workplace safety standards.

The Assembler supports successful manufacturing operations by assembling products that meet quality, safety, and production standards. This role requires technical skill, organizational ability, and careful attention to detail throughout every stage of assembly.

Successful Assembler candidates understand assembly procedures, blueprint interpretation, quality inspection, and safe tool operation while maintaining efficient workflows and consistent workmanship.
