Job summary

Anchor Fabrication in La Vergne, Tennessee is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented TKE Packer/Assembler to join our production team. This role focuses on assembling components, packaging finished products, and preparing materials for shipment while upholding quality and safety standards.

You will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, meet daily production goals, operate basic hand tools, and collaborate with teammates to ensure accurate labeling and orderly inventory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing/packaging is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components according to work instructions and specifications.
• Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Package finished products securely for shipment.
• Label, count, and organize materials and completed orders.
• Operate basic hand tools and production equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with inventory, material movement, and other production tasks as needed.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.
