Delcath Systems, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Assembler I to join our team.
The role involves fabricating, assembling, inspecting, labeling and packaging disposable medical device components and working with the Manufacturing Engineer on general technician duties. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent, 1–3 years in manufacturing (medical device preferred), and the ability to read and follow written procedures; strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

The Manufacturing Assembler I will assist in the manufacture of disposable medical devices by fabricating, assembling, inspecting, labeling and packaging various medical device components. The incumbent will work the Manufacturing Engineer in general technician duties. These additional duties may include, but are not limited to performing basic metrology measurements and inspections, tensile testing, and leak testing.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively with employees and outside organization
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and create and/or interpret spreadsheets and graphs.
