Remington Arms is seeking a Maintenance Specialist to keep manufacturing operations running through machine maintenance and troubleshooting. You will coordinate with machine shop and engineering on area projects, train staff, and update SOPs and training guides.

You will lead safety and quality efforts while maintaining productive shift oversight. The role requires hands-on machine shop work, ability to read basic prints, and effective training of staff with diverse skill levels.

Qualifications

• One year as a Manufacturing Specialist 5 or equivalent experience.
• Experience operating surface grinders and sharpening dies.
