Job summary

Remington Arms is seeking a maintenance technician to perform preventative and routine maintenance on production machinery. The role includes timely machine changeovers, assisting engineers, and mentoring Operators and Technicians to uphold process integrity and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of relevant manufacturing experience, with basic PC skills and the ability to read and write in English.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write and understand process instructions in English.
• Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience with manufacturing equipment.
• Must pass mechanical aptitude evaluation and basic computer skills test.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventative and routine maintenance on production machinery.
• Performs timely changeovers on machines and support equipment.
• Troubleshoots and performs light maintenance on malfunctioning equipment.
• Assists engineers and technicians in development/testing of new processes.
• Mentors Operators and Technicians to ensure best practices are followed.
