Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for its Hebron, OH location. The role focuses on invoice processing, vendor payments, 3-way matching, and supporting month-end close in a manufacturing environment. On-site schedule is M–F with a base salary of $50,000–$51,000 and comprehensive benefits.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years AP experience, at least 1 year in manufacturing AP, and strong ERP proficiency to maintain accurate records and assist in close processes.

Qualifications

• Recent AP experience within a manufacturing environment (within the past 2 years).
• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• At least 1 year of Manufacturing AP experience.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and payments accurately and efficiently.
• Perform 3-way matching of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices.
• Maintain accurate AP records within the ERP system.
• Support month-end close and general ledger activities.
