Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years or more of manufacturing industry experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in another discipline with strong business experience may be considered.
• Excellent customer service, analysis, communication, business writing and administrative skills.
• Work within a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with inside and outside sales to collect data and evaluate progress of machine, kits and service sales.
• Analyze and report internal and external data for strategic and performance insight.
• Evaluate market data trends and leading indicators; present results orally and in writing.
• Support ISO quality management activities related to job requirements.
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales and marketing reports and update schedules.
• Monitor pricing, bookings by geography, and support monthly close reports.
• Assist with special projects and provide machine commission reports.
