Job summary

Framatome in Lynchburg, VA is seeking a qualified analyst to advance Customer Intelligence for North America. You’ll gather and analyze customer, competitor, and market data, build AI-assisted insights, and support strategic decisions.

You will build Power BI and Excel data models delivering KPIs such as revenue, orders, backlog, and forecasts, and present findings to Executive Leadership while partnering with IT, Finance, Sales, and Marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business field; equivalent work experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of Framatome products and services.
• Ability to generate and analyze research data.
• Creativity in accessing and analyzing market data.
• Good communication skills to work with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Support the Customer Intelligence Leader by gathering, monitoring, and analyzing customer, competitor, and market intelligence across the North American nuclear energy market.
• Build and maintain advanced Power BI and Excel data models to deliver KPIs, including revenue, orders, backlog, forecasts, and customer metrics.
• Communicate findings across all levels and collaborate with IT, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Executive Leadership.
• Translate technical concepts into clear business language for non-technical stakeholders.
• Prepare revenue and orders forecasts and support executive-level presentations; assist with data analysis for accounts teams.
