Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Manager, Manufacturing Optimization Analytics to advance analytics for Product Development and Supply. You will build AI-enabled tools, lead data science projects, and partner with functional leaders to drive end-to-end decision making in manufacturing and distribution.

The role requires a scientific background, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Domestic travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or MS/BS in quantitative field with experience in data science and analytics.
• 3+ years in data science, analytics, data integration, or reporting.
• Experience with analytics platforms, visualization tools, and AI.
• Ability to architect analytics solutions and lead multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Designs and implements analytics and AI solutions to answer business questions.
• Manage multiple projects from charter to completion.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to embed analytics into decision making.
• Standardize analytics methodologies and document tool development.
