The Manager partners closely with senior team members and cross‑functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into high‑quality analytical solutions that improve planning, insight generation, and decision‑making.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in quantitative field; MBA or related graduate degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Python/R, SQL, Tableau, and MS Office Suite.
• Experience with Git and cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure).
• Hands-on analytics and data science experience; pharmaceutical forecasting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain forecasting models using statistical, ML, and AI techniques.
• Translate business questions into analytical forecasting solutions; communicate results to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Finance, Commercial, Market Access, and Analytics teams.
• Monitor model performance and drive forecasting accuracy improvements.
