Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Sr. Manager of US Commercial AI & Advanced Analytics to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered analytics platforms that optimize investment, media, and sales force decisions across the US pharmaceutical portfolio.

The role combines advanced data science with commercial strategy, translating cutting-edge modeling into scalable, governed tools that deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field required; PhD preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical commercial analytics or advanced analytics; US Commercial pharmaceutical Decision Intelligence preferred.
• 1 year of hands-on Marketing Mix Modeling experience, including Bayesian, Ridge, and hierarchical econometric methods.
• Proficiency with causal inference tools and operationalizing them within automated analytics platforms.
• Experience with promotional data, physician engagement metrics, media channel measurement, and pharma data ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI/ML development and Marketing Mix Modeling initiatives, establishing ARD layer for downstream agentic workflows.
• Evaluate Bayesian modeling techniques and integrate into Marketing Mix framework for stability and accuracy.
• Build and maintain RAG pipelines integrating Brand Guidelines and KPI knowledge bases for AI-driven insights.
• Architect and orchestrate autonomous analytics agents within the Agentic platform for end-to-end analytics.
• Collaborate with engineering to validate data sources and ensure governance across Databricks environments.
