Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Analyst for our IFPC Team at the Platform Integration Facility in Huntsville, AL. You will analyze data, create dashboards, and support program management to improve operational performance.

You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and PM to drive data-driven improvements and executive reporting. A US Citizenship and final clearance eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8–12 years of relevant experience or Master's with 6–10 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and dashboards/reports using Power BI or similar tools.
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations, program management, or operations in a complex production environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and derive recommendations.
• Experience improving business processes, standardizing workflows, and implementing data-driven improvements.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at executive levels.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing and program data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for performance improvement.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and automated reports for production, labor, schedule, and KPIs.
• Support program managers with data analysis, forecasting, and decision support for execution.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and standardize workflows.
• Collect, validate, and integrate data from multiple systems for timely reporting.
• Collaborate across Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, Scheduling, and PM to solve challenges.
