Job summary

Leidos’ Defense Sector Manufacturing is seeking a Manufacturing Program Integrator to join our team in Huntsville, AL. This role serves as the primary integration point between a key program and the Leidos Dynetics Manufacturing Team, aligning manufacturing scope across sites to ensure clear demand signals and performance reporting.

Responsibilities include CAM for content, coordinating budgets with program finance, and providing cost/schedule/technical performance updates to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of manufacturing project management experience.
• Experience leading a team in manufacturing execution or program environment.
• Experience as a CAM on a complex hardware production program.
• Experience coordinating between a program and executing organization such as manufacturing.
• Experience applying EVMS and reporting on complex projects using EV KPI.
• Coordination across geographically separated sites or distinct functional groups.
• Manufacturing experience in electronics, machining/welding, or complex system integration.
• Ability to present recurring briefings to leadership on status.

Responsibilities

• Act as CAM for manufacturing and test content.
• Support proposal and capture efforts with program leadership.
• Coordinate manufacturing budgets and capacity planning with finance.
• Collaborate with CAMs to review cost/schedule/technical performance across sites.
• Drive cost and schedule performance using KPIs and metrics.
• Provide variance analysis, rationale, and corrective actions.
• Supply manufacturing inputs to leadership for program reviews.
• Lead elements of the manufacturing plan as required.
