Job summary

You will develop Excel/PowerPoint presentations, support customer meetings and executive reviews, and help ensure data accuracy across three plants. Strong Excel skills and ERP familiarity are required, along with 5+ years in manufacturing administration.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update production databases.
• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
• Manage OT requests and compile OT reports by area.
• Collect, compile, and distribute safety reports across all three plants.
• Ensure timely communication of safety metrics and incident tracking.
