EPTAM Precision is seeking a Manufacturing Assistant for 1st Shift in Lakeville, MN. The role supports clerical and administrative tasks to keep operations and departments organized and efficient.

Responsibilities include maintaining records, assisting with production schedules and orders, and helping with document control in the ERP system. A high school diploma and 2+ years in an office setting are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years experience in an office environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, update, scan, and organize manufacturing records and files.
• Assist with production reports, schedules, work orders, and other documentation.
• Review documents, work orders, and reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with document control, including uploading documents into the ERP system.
• Enter and maintain customer sales orders in the ERP system.
• Assist with purchasing documentation and vendor communications.
• Greet customers, vendors, and guests; answer overflow calls.
• Provide administrative support to quality, engineering, and operations.
