Job summary

rms Company, a Cretex Medical affiliate, is hiring a Production Technician for 1st shift in Minnesota. You will set up and operate precision fabrication equipment, inspect materials, and ensure parts meet quality standards.

You will work with multiple departments, document results, and support continuous improvement. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 3+ years in manufacturing, with blueprint reading, GD&T basics, and calibration tools proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment running machining equipment.
• Ability to set up and run fabrication equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow SOPs.
• Good shop math including fractions and GD&T basics.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment including punch press, press brake, laser marking, and stamping.
• Input data into job tracking software and ensure correct programs are loaded.
• Load parts into fixtures and troubleshoot machine issues.
• Maintain KanBan and production plan levels; perform inspections and document results.
• Work with cross-functional teams and adhere to safety and quality procedures.
