Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years accounts payable or general accounting experience.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems.
• Experience processing high-volume invoices.

Responsibilities

• Invoice Processing: Receive, review, and verify invoices and vendor statements.
• Three-Way Matching: Match POs, receiving docs, and invoices before payment.
• Payment Execution: Prepare checks, wire transfers, and ACH payments biweekly and as needed.
• Vendor Management: Primary contact for vendor inquiries and resolving discrepancies.
• Expense Reports: Review and process employee expense reports per policy.
• Record Keeping: Maintain organized AP files and ledgers.
• Reconciliation: Reconcile vendor statements with company records.
• Month-End Close: Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Compliance: Assist with 1099 tax form preparation and distribution.
