Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 5-7 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the accounting team supporting Manufacturing, establishing consistent processes and standards across teams and locations.
• Own the month-end close process for manufacturing, including review of financial results and analysis.
• Provide meaningful analysis of manufacturing performance, including KPIs and cost reporting.
• Lead product-level financial reporting, including margin analysis and variance explanations.
• Lead forecasting and financial planning for manufacturing operations, with timely leadership visibility.
• Support audits, internal controls, and compliance requirements.
