Job summary

Interstates is seeking a Manufactured Solutions Accounting Manager to lead the accounting team supporting manufacturing operations across locations. You will drive the month-end close, financial reporting, and KPI analysis to inform operational decisions.

Responsibilities include coaching accounting staff, process improvement, forecasting, cash flow management, and partnering with operations on inventory strategies. Hybrid work may be considered near regional offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 5-7 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Experience leading accounting teams in manufacturing.
• Strong financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and cash flow skills.
• Ability to translate financial data into operational insights.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the accounting team supporting Manufacturing with standardized processes.
• Coach staff through feedback, training, and growth opportunities.
• Own month-end close for manufacturing and analysis.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and data integrity.
• Provide analysis of manufacturing performance and KPIs.
• Lead product-level financial reporting and variance explanations.
• Lead cash flow forecasting, billing, collections, payables.
• Partner with operations on inventory management strategies.
• Support audits and internal controls.
