Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on accounting experience in manufacturing or inventory-driven environment.
• Experience with inventory accounting, BOMs, and multi-entity reporting.
• Strong ERP experience including QuickBooks and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle accounting including AP, AR, GL, inventory, and financial reporting.
• Lead month-end close, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
• Manage manufacturing and inventory accounting, including BOMs and inventory controls.
• Oversee accounting for real estate activities, including tenant billing and tax reconciliations.
• Supervise and mentor a small accounting team while improving processes and controls.
