Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC partners with a growing manufacturing organization in Vancouver, WA to recruit an Accounting Manager who will lead the day-to-day accounting function and collaborate with leadership and operations.

This is a hands‑on role for a Senior Accountant ready to advance or an experienced Accounting Manager seeking broad visibility across the business and opportunities to improve processes and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Accounting management or senior-level accounting experience within manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and month-end close.
• Experience with inventory and cost accounting in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong Excel and ERP/accounting systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end close, general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
• Partner with operations and leadership on inventory, manufacturing costs, margins, and financial performance
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting
• Strengthen accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting systems
• Manage audit support and serve as a key accounting resource across the organization
