• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Accounting management or senior-level accounting experience within manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end close, general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
• Partner with operations and leadership on inventory, manufacturing costs, margins, and financial performance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Strengthen accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting systems.
• Manage audit support and serve as a key accounting resource across the organization.
