ZipApply, a well-established $25 million custom fabrication and manufacturing company in Buford, GA, seeks an experienced Accounting Manager to lead its day-to-day accounting function.

This hands-on role focuses on manufacturing accounting—cost and managerial accounting, inventory, job costing, and WIP—partnering with operations to drive profitability and strategic decisions. A strong leader is essential for growth with the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 10+ years of accounting experience with a manufacturing background.
• Extensive cost accounting and managerial accounting experience.
• Experience with Epicor ERP is strongly preferred.
• Hands-on leadership with excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and month-end close.
• Manage manufacturing accounting activities, including inventory, job costing, cost analysis, and financial reporting while partnering with operations to improve profitability and business performance.
• Develop and improve accounting processes, strengthen internal controls, and provide financial insight to support strategic decision-making.
