Qualifications

• Must have SAP experience.
• Corporate accounting experience.
• Experience in reporting—key ratios and financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records using SAP Business One.
• Prepare and post journal entries and adjusting entries for day-to-day transactions (A/P, A/R, payroll).
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial accounts monthly.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow).
• Manage accounts payable processes (vendor invoices, payments, reconciliations, verifications).
• Track manufacturing costs (labor, materials, overhead).
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue payments; generate invoices and statements.
• Manage inventory accounting: monitor movements and update valuations.
• Prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasting with SAP."
• File sales tax, property tax, payroll taxes, and other compliance reports on time.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
