Job summary

MSI Express, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to manage customer relationships, ensure timely orders, and oversee material flow to meet demand.

The role partners with production, logistics, and quality control to ensure smooth plant operations and high customer satisfaction. You will handle order processing, inventory planning, and data analysis to provide insights and drive improvements across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Minimum education includes a high school diploma or GED and a related bachelor's degree.
• Four plus years in purchasing, material planning or materials management with food manufacturing experience.
• Strong inventory, data analysis and problem-solving abilities; effective communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture long-lasting customer relationships and ensure timely order processing.
• Interface with SAP/Oracle for scheduling, production and shipping; manage customer owned materials.
• Coordinate with production, procurement and logistics to meet production schedules.
• Track orders, communicate status, and resolve discrepancies with internal teams.
• Analyze inventory, drive reductions and optimize material flow and accuracy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet customer requirements and improve service levels.
