Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Syracuse, NY is seeking a skilled call center professional to manage hub services relationships, enter medication orders, and provide patient and provider support. You will serve as the primary contact for pharma partners and patients, following customized service models to meet and exceed expectations.

You will assist in developing Manufacturer Programs, ensure compliance with audits, and handle billing/shipping setup for orders.

Qualifications

  • Broad knowledge of medications, physician orders, and pharmacy systems.

  • Excellent computer and keyboarding skills.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment and/or random drug screening test.
  • Minimum: High School Diploma or GED; Pharmacy technician certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support for pharma partners and patients.
  • Follow patient support service models to meet client expectations.
  • Call patients under fee-for-service arrangements and perform interventions.
  • Assist in creating and implementing Manufacturer Programs.
  • Coordinate with Audit and Compliance to ensure operational excellence.
  • Select billing and shipping methods for patient orders and set up delivery.
  • Document patient information in TherigySTM.

Job Summary:Responsible for all aspects related to management of hub services relationships, entering of medication orders, and customer service for patients/providers in a call center environment.Job Duties:Provide direct support and serve as primary point of contact for pharma partners and patients on relevant productsFollow customized patient support service models and programs to meet and exceed client expectationsFollow established protocol and non-standard service models to provide the highest quality of services to patientsResponsible for calling patients pursuant to established Fee for service arrangements and performing necessary interventions.Responsible for assisting in the creation and implementation of new Manufacturer ProgramsResponsible to work with Audit and Compliance leadership to ensure operational excellence at all potential timesResponsible for accurate selecting billing and shipping methods for incoming patient orders and setting up delivery of patient orders as necessaryCustomer service coverage for incoming calls and directing incoming calls to appropriate staff as neededDocument patient reported information into TherigySTMProvides resolution to customer service issues to ensure member satisfactionWork with members to provide resolution to payment related issues on accounts/ordersMaintain and keep reasonable production as determined by supervisorMay assist in orienting and training new employeesResponsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programsPerform other duties as assignedMay assist in training new employeesJob Skill Requirements:Broad knowledge of medications, physician orders, and pharmacy systemsEffective communication skillsOutstanding customer service skillsExcellent organization skillsAbility to multitask and prioritizeExcellent computer and keyboarding skillsSuccessful completion of a pre-employment and/or random drug screening testEducational Requirements:Minimum: High School Diploma or GEDPreferred: Pharmacy technician or related certificationExperience:Past experience in a customer service-related fieldPreferred: 12 months experience in a call center environmentPreferred: 24 months experience as a pharmacy technician
