Fusion Home Loans is seeking an experienced Mortgage Processor for Manufactured Home Construction-to-Permanent loans in Winter Park, FL. You will handle file processing from application to closing, coordinate with builders, dealers, and underwriters, and ensure compliance with agency and investor guidelines.

The role requires experience with CP/OC loans, HUD/DE and de-titling processes, and the Encompass LOS.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of mortgage loan processing experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience processing manufactured home loans.
• Experience processing Construction-to-Permanent (CP) or One-Time Close loans.
• Experience with FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional (Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac), and portfolio loan programs.
• Experience working directly with builders and manufactured home dealers.
• Strong understanding of manufactured home title requirements and de-title processes.
• Experience with Encompass or another LOS.

Responsabilidades

• Process manufactured home loan files from application through closing.
• Manage Construction-to-Permanent (One-Time Close) loan transactions from start to finish.
• Review loan applications and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Collect and analyze borrower income, asset, credit, and property documentation.
• Coordinate with borrowers, loan officers, builders, dealers, underwriters, title companies, appraisers, inspectors, and other third parties throughout the loan process.
• Order and review appraisals, inspections, title work, flood certifications, and other required documentation.
• Collect and review construction-related documentation (contracts, builder approvals, plans and specifications, cost breakdowns, permits, builder's risk insurance, draw schedules, draw requests, inspection reports, and COs).
• Obtain and review manufactured housing documentation (HUD Certification Labels, HUD Data Plates, VIN verification, engineer certifications, permanent foundation certifications).
• Coordinate the manufactured home title process, including de-titling decisions and recording as real property when required.
• Work with title companies, builders, dealers, and county recording offices to ensure proper recording as real property.
• Work closely with underwriting to clear conditions and resolve documentation issues.
• Monitor loan pipelines to ensure timely closings.
• Maintain compliance with investor, agency, federal, state, and company guidelines.
• Provide outstanding customer service with accuracy and attention to detail.
